Robert J. Salluzzo - Senior Vice President
Robert J. Salluzzo, Senior Vice President, recently joined SHG in 2018, bringing over 40 years of financial and accounting experience as a Certified Public Accountant, servicing several industries in for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Robert provides a wealth of financial knowledge helping companies in transition as a virtual or temporary Chief Financial Officer, helping to optimize business and financial performance. He also specializes in providing financial analysis and business valuations to privately held companies, assisting in mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax planning, and other complex financial and business planning.
Robert began his accounting career with Price Waterhouse & Co., (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), an international accounting firm. He spent seven years with them before forming his own accounting firm which he merged in 1985 into a major regional accounting firm located in Albany NY. Robert has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of four public companies and is experienced in SEC and FINRA compliance.
Robert is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, and also served as an Army officer in the US Army Field Artillery. He is also very active in a number of civic and professional organizations.
