CHA Consulting is a full service-engineering firm providing a wide range of planning and design services to public and private sectors. CHA acquired Reiss Engineering, a full-service water and wastewater solutions engineering and consulting firm in central Florida.

THE PROBLEM

CHA engaged SHG to perform a valuation of the intangible assets of Reiss acquired by CHA.

THE SOLUTION

SHG prepared a comprehensive intangible valuation analysis to identify specific value to certain intangible assets such as Trade Name, Customer Backlog, Non-Compete Agreements, Customer Base and General Goodwill.
