CHA acquired A&P Consulting Transportation Engineers Corporation, a full-service multi-disciplinary construction engineering and inspection consulting firm in Sout Florida.

THE PROBLEM

CHA engaged SHG to perform a valuation of the intangible assets of A&P acquired by CHA.

THE SOLUTION

SHG prepared a comprehensive intangible valuation analysis to identify specific value to certain intangible assets such as Trade Name, Customer Backlog, Non-Compete Agreements, Customer Base and General Goodwill.
